For Ms Johansen, who was due to sit her final exams last week, is the girlfriend of Manchester City’s record-breaking goal-scoring machine Erling Braut Haaland, 22, and has discreetly moved into his flat in the Northern Quarter, The Mail+ can reveal.

The teenager has been given leave of absence to ‘study remotely’ by Brynne Upper Secondary School in south-west Norway as her boyfriend’s club is on the cusp of winning silverware on three fronts.
Ms Johansen’s friends describe her as ‘the luckiest girl in Brynne’, while Haaland’s former coaches in the obscure farming town are confident his stunning success on the pitch will not lead the striker to take his eye off the ball.
